Move to Tampines? or Stay at Yishun..

Heart telling me to stay at yishun.
My comfort zone.

My friends.

My privacy?

My own space (i guess size does matters) big hse vs. small hse.

Mind telling me to move to Tampines.
cos i guess just 4 yrs, once the house in tampines can be rent out, hopefully i can move back to yishun home.
At the same time, during this 4 yrs.. my yishun flat can rent out for like 2k per month?
Which is a additional income to my parents. not a small amount u knoww..

About frens? daddy say if we move there, and since i'm starting my driving lesson soon, he will let me drive his car back to yishun ..

oh well. it sucks to think of moving.

i don't like.

but.. if i dont agree with the move.. my sis gonna waste another 4 yrs leaving the flat thr, and my parent wont have another 2k in their income .

It is harder to make friends nowadays. Everyone focus on results and still results, but what about the teamwork? friendship? Are all these factors so insignificant that we can just forgo about it?
